During the same 14 (fourteen)-day period, the Buyer also has the right to exchange the Product for another Product (for the same Product or another Product of the same value, as well as for a more expensive Product, but in that case, the Buyer must cover the price difference).<\/li><li>Items that are manufactured according to the Buyer\u2019s specific instructions or choices, or that are clearly tailored to the Buyer\u2019s personal needs, cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that were unpacked after delivery and are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons cannot be returned or exchanged.<\/li><li>Returned or exchanged Goods in good condition must be undamaged and retain their original appearance (with labels still attached and intact), their functional properties, and must not have been worn or otherwise used. The item must be returned in its original packaging, with the same contents as when the Buyer received it. If the Product is incomplete, damaged, in poor condition, or not properly packaged, the Seller has the right to refuse to accept the Product, to refuse to exchange it, and to refuse to refund the money paid by the Buyer for the Product.<\/li><li>The Buyer has the right to cancel the Contract within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the shipment by notifying the Seller in writing (via email, specifying the order number). Upon receiving the Buyer\u2019s notice of withdrawal from the Contract, the Seller shall immediately send a confirmation of receipt of the notice and coordinate the return details with the Buyer.<\/li><li>Items must be returned to the Seller at the following address: U\u017evar\u010di\u0173 k. 3, K\u0117dainiai District or to an Omniva parcel locker specified by the Seller.<\/li><li>A buyer who cancels the Contract will be refunded the full amount paid for the Product. Upon receiving the Goods and assessing their quality, the Seller shall refund the purchase price for the Goods no later than 7 (seven) days from the date the Goods are returned (delivered) to the Seller.<\/li><li>If the Buyer returns the Goods due to quality defects, the Seller agrees to fully refund the Buyer the price paid for the defective Goods and to reimburse the Buyer for the cost of shipping the Goods back to the Seller.  <\/li><li>The Seller shall transfer the refund amounts to the bank account specified by the Buyer at any bank operating in the Republic of Lithuania.<\/li><li>The Seller has the right not to refund the amounts paid by the Buyer until the Goods have been returned to the Seller and inspected.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To return or exchange an item (or items): Please fill out the return form and include it in the package or send it by email to: info@meadowqueen.eu Please pack the item(s) and send them to the following address: Rasuol\u0117 Daukant\u0117, U\u017evar\u010di\u0173 k. 3, LT-58239 K\u0117dainiai District. or to the Omniva parcel locker located on J.
