1. General Provisions

• These purchase rules, together with the documents specified herein, constitute a legally binding document for the parties (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”), which sets forth the rights and obligations of the buyer (hereinafter referred to as “Buyer”) and the seller (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), the terms and conditions for the purchase of goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Goods”) and payment for them, the procedures for delivery and return of the Goods, the liability of the parties, and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of the Goods at the https://meadowqueen.dawydo.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”).
• The seller is Rasuolė Daukantė, operating under Sole Proprietorship Certificate No. 917797, with its registered office at Užvarčių k. 3, Kėdainiai District, Lithuania.
• These Terms and Conditions apply to any contracts entered into between the Seller and the Buyer regarding the sale of Goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”). Before placing an order for Goods in the Online Store, please read these Terms carefully and ensure that you understand them fully. Please note that before completing the order, the Buyer must agree to these Terms; if the Buyer refuses to do so, the order cannot be completed and the Goods cannot be ordered.
• For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a “Buyer” is defined as a person making a purchase in the Online Store. The following individuals may make purchases in the Online Store:
  • a legally competent natural person, i.e., a person who has reached the age of majority and whose legal capacity has not been restricted by a court;
  • a minor between the ages of 14 (fourteen) and 18 (eighteen), with the consent of his or her parents or guardians, unless he or she has been emancipated;
  • legal entity.
• By registering or placing an order, the Buyer unconditionally confirms that he or she has the right to make purchases from the Online Store.
• The term “in writing” as used in these rules also includes emails.
• The Seller reserves the right to amend, revise, or supplement these Terms at any time. The Buyer will be notified of any changes to the Terms and Conditions on the online store’s website. Changes take effect immediately upon publication and apply to all transactions entered into after the date of publication.

2. Protection of Personal Data

• Before making a purchase in the online store, the Buyer must provide the information required to complete the purchase.
• By agreeing to these Terms, the Buyer understands that notifications necessary for the order, payment, and delivery of the Goods will be sent to the email address provided by the Buyer. This is necessary so that the Seller can fulfill its contractual obligations to the Buyer.
• In accordance with the provision of the Rules set forth above, the Buyer must also provide their personal data (first name, last name, shipping address, phone number, email address), which are necessary for the purchase, delivery, and payment of the Goods.
• By registering, the Buyer hereby grants the Seller the right to collect, store, organize, use, and process, for the purposes set forth in these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, all and any personal data that the Buyer provides when registering and visiting the Online Store.
• The personal data provided by the buyer will be processed in accordance with the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, the requirements set forth in the General Data Protection Regulation, as well as other laws of the Republic of Lithuania governing the processing and protection of such data.
• The personal data provided by the Buyer will be used exclusively by the Seller and its partners with whom the Seller collaborates in the administration of the Online Store, delivery of goods and/or other services related to the submission or fulfillment of the Buyer’s order. The Seller will not disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except to the partners mentioned above in this section or in cases where the Seller is required to do so by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. The Buyer’s consent to the use of their personal data for the purposes specified above is expressed by completing the order or registration form.
• The Buyer’s personal data will be used to identify the Buyer, to determine whether the Buyer and the person to whom the Goods are delivered are the same person, and will be used in connection with the sale and delivery of the Goods, issuing accounting documents, refunding overpayments and/or money for Goods returned by the Buyer, managing outstanding balances, and fulfilling other obligations arising from the Contract.

3. Products

• The details of each Product sold in the Online Store are provided in the Product description for each Product.
• The images of the Products displayed in the online store are for illustrative purposes only. The Seller has made every effort to ensure that the colors of the Products are displayed as accurately as possible; however, the Seller cannot guarantee that the Buyer’s device screen will accurately reflect the colors of the Products. The Buyer understands that the Products may differ slightly from their depictions.
• Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all Products listed in the Online Store are available. In the event that the ordered Products are no longer available, the Buyer will be notified immediately by email or other means.

4. Conclusion of the Contract

• The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is deemed to have been concluded when the Buyer places and submits an order for the Goods in the Online Store.
• Upon conclusion of the Agreement, the range of Goods, their quantity, price, delivery time, and other terms specified in the Buyer’s order shall be binding on both the Buyer and the Seller and may be changed only in accordance with the procedure set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Buyer’s Rights and Obligations:

• The Buyer has the right to purchase Goods from the Online Store in accordance with these Terms and the procedures established by the Online Store.
• The buyer has the right to cancel the purchase and sale agreement in accordance with the procedure set forth in these Rules.
• The Buyer agrees to provide only accurate and complete information on the registration form. If any of the information provided on the registration form changes, the Buyer must update it immediately.
• The Buyer agrees to use the Online Store in good faith and fairly, and not to interfere with its operation or stable functioning. If the Buyer fails to comply with this obligation, the Seller has the right, without prior notice, to restrict, suspend, or terminate the Buyer’s access to the Online Store and shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the Buyer in connection therewith.
• The Buyer must pay for the ordered Goods and accept them in accordance with the procedures set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
• By purchasing Goods from the Online Store, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions, acknowledges the Privacy Policy, and undertakes to comply with them, just as they undertake to comply with the requirements set forth in the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

Rights and Responsibilities of the Seller:

• The Seller agrees to make every effort to ensure that the Buyer can properly use the services provided by the Online Store.
• The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s privacy and to process the Buyer’s personal data only in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
• The Seller agrees to comply with all requirements set forth in these Rules.

6. Prices of Goods

• The prices of the products are as listed in the online store.
• Prices may change, but such changes will not affect Contracts that have already been concluded.
• Product prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs listed in the online store are subject to change.

7. Ordering and Paying for Goods

• When visiting the Online Store, the Buyer selects the Products they wish to purchase, which are then added to the Shopping Cart. After creating the shopping cart, the Buyer enters the information necessary to deliver and purchase the selected items: their first and last name, the delivery address, phone number, and any additional information that may be important for the delivery of the ordered Products.
• An order is forwarded for further processing only after payment has been made via bank transfer. The contract is considered concluded and enforceable once the Buyer has paid for the order.
• The buyer may pay for the Goods using one of the methods and under the terms and conditions provided in the online store.

8. Delivery of Goods

• When ordering the Goods, the Buyer must provide the exact delivery address for the Goods.
• The Buyer must accept the Goods in person. If the Buyer is unable to accept the Goods in person but the Goods have been delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to file a claim regarding the delivery of the Goods to the wrong person.
• The Seller shall deliver the Goods to the Buyer in accordance with the delivery terms specified in the product descriptions. The delivery period begins upon receipt of payment for the Goods. These terms are preliminary and do not apply in cases where the required Goods are not available in the Seller’s warehouse, and the Buyer is notified of the shortage of the Goods they ordered. By accepting these Terms, the Buyer agrees that, in exceptional cases, delivery of the Goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. In such a case, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer immediately to agree on the delivery dates and other terms.
• Goods are delivered to the Buyer via Lithuanian Post, Omniva parcel lockers, or by another method agreed upon individually.
• The Seller shall not be liable for any breach of the delivery deadlines for the Goods if the Goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the fault of third parties not affiliated with the Seller, or due to circumstances attributable to the Buyer.

9. Cancellation of the Contract, Return of Goods

• The Buyer has the right, within 14 (fourteen) days of the delivery of the Product, to cancel the Contract, return the Product to the Seller, and receive a refund for the purchase price. During the same 14 (fourteen)-day period, the Buyer also has the right to exchange the Product for another Product (for the same Product or another Product of the same value, as well as for a more expensive Product, but in such a case, the Buyer must cover the price difference).
• Items that are manufactured according to the Buyer’s specific instructions or selection, or that are clearly tailored to the Buyer’s personal needs, cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that have been unpacked after delivery and are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned or exchanged high-quality Products must be undamaged, retain their original appearance (with labels still attached and intact), their functional properties, and must not be worn or otherwise used. The Product must be returned in its original packaging, with the same contents as when received by the Buyer. If the Product is incomplete, damaged, in disarray, or not properly packaged, the Seller has the right to refuse to accept the Product, to refuse to exchange it, and to refuse to refund the money paid by the Buyer for the Product.
• The Buyer has the right to cancel the Contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the shipment by notifying the Seller in writing (via email, specifying the order number). Upon receiving the Buyer’s notice of withdrawal from the Contract, the Seller shall immediately send a confirmation of receipt of the notice and coordinate the return details with the Buyer.
• Items must be returned to the Seller at the address Užvarčių k. 3, Kėdainių r., or to an Omniva parcel locker specified by the Seller.
• If the Buyer cancels the Contract, all money paid for the Goods will be refunded. Upon receiving the Goods and assessing their quality, the Seller shall refund the amount paid for the Goods no later than 7 (seven) days from the date on which the Goods are returned (delivered) to the Seller.
• If the Buyer returns the Goods due to quality defects, the Seller agrees to fully refund the Buyer the price paid for the defective Goods and to reimburse the Buyer for the costs of returning the Goods to the Seller.
• The Seller shall transfer the refund amounts to the bank account specified by the Buyer at any bank operating in the Republic of Lithuania.
• The Seller has the right not to refund the amounts paid by the Buyer until the Goods have been returned to the Seller and inspected.

10. Liability

• The Buyer is responsible for actions taken while using the Online Store, including, but not limited to, the accuracy of the information provided in the registration form. The Buyer assumes responsibility for any consequences arising from incorrect or inaccurate information provided in the registration form.
• The buyer must keep their Online Store login credentials secure and not disclose them; ensure that only they know the credentials and that only they use them; and not to transfer or otherwise allow other persons to access or use such information.
• The parties shall be liable for any breach of the Agreement concluded through the Online Store in accordance with the procedures established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
• If the Seller’s online store contains links to the websites of other companies, institutions, or organizations, the Seller is not responsible for the information contained therein or the activities carried out there; the Seller does not supervise or control those websites and does not represent those companies or individuals.

11. Marketing and Information

• The seller may, at its discretion, launch various promotions in the online store.
• The seller has the right to unilaterally change the terms of the shares, or to cancel them, without prior notice. Any amendment or repeal of the terms and conditions governing shares shall apply only prospectively.
• The Seller sends all notifications using the contact information provided by the Buyer in the registration form.
• The Buyer shall send all notifications and inquiries to the Seller’s email address. the email address listed in the “Contact” section of the store’s website. mailing addresses.
• The Seller shall not be liable if the Buyer does not receive informational or confirmation messages due to internet connection issues or disruptions in the networks of email service providers.

12. Final Provisions

• This Agreement and the relations between the parties hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
• Any dispute, disagreement, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, its breach, termination, or validity shall be finally resolved in accordance with the procedures established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
• The Buyer may submit requests or complaints regarding Goods purchased from the Seller’s online store via the online consumer dispute resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr/.

Consumer disputes are resolved out of court by the State Consumer Rights Protection Service, located at Vilniaus St. 25, 01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt.
